Plans of mixed use housing, retail, and theatre for Oakhill-Jackson neighborhood.  The theatre on the north connects (underground) to a proposed school for the performing arts (rehabilitation of an old school).  A large public plaza/artrium acts as passage between the housing and theatre, as well as from the neighborhood to the riverwalk.
